These terms of service govern your use of the Cargration website and the purchase of vehicles and logistics services through our platform. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Cargration provides vehicle sourcing, inspection, export documentation, and shipping logistics services for buyers worldwide. We act as an intermediary between buyers and suppliers in China and facilitate the export process. We do not manufacture vehicles and are not the manufacturer's authorized dealer unless expressly stated.
3. Vehicle listings
Vehicle listings on our website are based on information provided by our suppliers. While we make every effort to verify accuracy, specifications, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update listings as needed. All prices are FOB (Free on Board) China port unless otherwise noted.
4. Orders and payments
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as agreed in the invoice. Payment terms are communicated on a per-order basis and may include bank transfer, letter of credit, or other methods. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer at the port of loading unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates based on current schedules and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to port congestion, weather, customs procedures, or other factors beyond our control. Cargo insurance is available and recommended for all shipments.
6. Inspections and documentation
All vehicles undergo a documented 7-point inspection before shipment. Export documentation, including bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin, is prepared before departure. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance and compliance with local regulations at the destination.
7. Limitation of liability
Cargration's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by third parties including shipping lines, customs authorities, or suppliers. Our liability for physical loss or damage to vehicles is governed by the applicable cargo insurance policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Beijing, China.
