We offer ocean container freight and rail freight. Ocean is the most common option, with vehicles loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers at four departure ports in China. Transit times range from 7 to 45 days depending on destination. Rail is a faster alternative to Central Asia, Russia, and parts of Europe, with transit times of 12–20 days. Your logistics advisor will recommend the best option based on your destination, budget, and timeline.
Ocean freight from Chinese ports: Vladivostok 7–12 days, Jebel Ali 18–22 days, Abidjan 25–35 days, Santos 30–45 days, Algiers 22–30 days, Novorossiysk 30–38 days, St. Petersburg 32–40 days. Rail freight: Moscow 14–20 days, Yekaterinburg 12–18 days, Novosibirsk 12–16 days. These are estimated transit times based on current schedules and do not include customs clearance time at destination, which varies by country.
We coordinate shipping and provide all documentation needed for smooth customs clearance at destination. While we do not act as your clearing agent (local representation is typically required), we provide your agent with the bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any destination-specific certificates — all before the vessel or train arrives.
Yes. Once your container is loaded, you receive a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment in real time. Our logistics team provides regular updates including vessel/train position, estimated arrival updates, and any schedule changes.
Yes. Cargo insurance covering the full transit value is available for both ocean and rail shipments. The insurance covers loss, damage, and theft during transit. The cost is calculated as a percentage of the cargo value and can be included in your shipping quote.
