Step 1: Browse and Select

Start by browsing Cargration’s inventory of 150+ vehicles. Filter by brand, body type, price range, and departure port. Each listing shows the FOB price — the vehicle cost including inspection and export documentation, ready for loading at port.

Step 2: Inspection and Verification

Once you’ve selected a vehicle, Cargration conducts a 7-point inspection covering engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electronics, body, and interior. A photo and video report is provided before you commit to purchase. For high-value orders, a third-party inspection can also be arranged.

Step 3: Purchase and Documentation

After inspection approval, Cargration prepares the FOB contract, export certificate, and bill of lading. Payment is made via wire transfer to Cargration’s corporate account. All documentation is prepared before the vehicle reaches the port to avoid shipping delays.

Step 4: Shipping and Logistics

Vehicles ship via ocean container or Ro-Ro vessel from one of Cargration’s four ports: Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, or Shenzhen. Ocean freight typically takes 25-45 days depending on destination. Rail routes to Central Asia take 12-20 days.

Step 5: Customs Clearance and Delivery

Upon arrival at your destination port, you or your clearing agent will handle customs clearance using the documentation provided by Cargration. Original export documents are released upon proof of customs clearance or as agreed in your contract.
